What Are Play Boosters?
Play Boosters are designed first and foremost for playing Magic: the Gathering. They are optimized for popular formats like Booster Draft and Sealed Deck, while still delivering the excitement of opening packs thanks to increased chances of special showcase cards, striking artwork, and multiple high-rarity pulls.
Play Boosters also serve as an excellent way to grow your Magic collection while enjoying meaningful gameplay.
Play Booster Contents
Each Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Booster contains 14 Magic: the Gathering cards, plus a token, art card, or advertisement card. The typical contents include:

Every Play Booster guarantees at least one Rare and one Foil card. Approximately one in seven boosters replaces a Rare with a Mythic Rare. Additionally, each booster includes two wildcard slots—one foil and one non-foil—that can contain cards of any rarity, from Common to Mythic Rare.
